Skills Enhancement Programme
With TerenureEnterprise.ie being our nearest Community Enterprise Centre, we share the common goal of supporting and sustaining our local enterprises. To that end we are joining forces to deliver our first ever in-house training programme with the aim of assisting you, our tenants, develop tailored plans for financial viability and strategic planning. The Skills Enhancement Programme, a series of workshops and mentoring sessions delivered by suitably qualified consultants has been designed with you in mind. The interactions between the two centres’ combined client base will engender shared learnings and opportunity for networking. Click on highlighted text for full details.
Office Unit Coming Available Mid-February!
We have two unfurnished 274 sq. ft offices coming available mid-February. Tenants have free use of our meeting rooms, together with post box service. We have a fully equipped canteen and secure free car parking. The building is fully alarmed with CCTV and 24/7 access.
We have implemented the necessary social distancing and sanitisation measures so the building continues to be as safe an environment as possible. The licence fee is per square ft with supplementary charges for rates payable directly to Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. Tenants sign a 4 year licence agreement with a notice period of three months. Licencees are also required to insure their units and to cover their own utilities and communication charges. Networking opportunities for your business:
Link Network and Enterprising Women Network are business support networks for the small business with meetings held monthly in Stillorgan and Killiney respectively.
