We have two fully occupied high specification food production units.

Each unit is 640 sq ft (59.45 sq m),   are self contained and metered and meet all the HSE, EHO and HAACP regulations for food production and fire certification. Each commercial kitchen unit has its own separate entrance with easy access for collections and deliveries. We have ample free car parking and 24/7 access, gated and monitored by CCTV.

A manned reception, fully equipped canteen and post box service is also available to all tenants together with  meeting rooms with fitted projectors and interactive whiteboards.

Kitchen equipment is sourced and installed at your own cost and removed at the end of tenancy. The units are metered individually. Tenancy is on a flexible 4 year licence basis which can be terminated at one month’s notice.
