Each kitchen unit is 640 sq. ft (59.45 sq. m), is self-contained and metered, and meets all the HSE, EHO, and HAACP regulations for food production. Each unit has its own entrance providing easy access for collections and deliveries. We have ample free car parking and 24/7 access. The building is gated and monitored by CCTV providing the highest level of security.
A manned reception, fully equipped canteen, and our post box service is also available to all tenants together with meeting rooms with fitted projectors, VC facilities, and interactive whiteboards.

Kitchen equipment is sourced and installed at your own cost and removed at the end of the tenancy. The units are metered individually. The tenancy is on a flexible 4-year license basis which can be terminated at three months’ notice.
