Our office units range in size from 222 to 786 sq ft (20.62 sq m – 73.02 sq m). Depending on your specific requirements for desk space, storage etc. Our smaller units can accommodate from two to four people and up to eight people in our larger units.
Tenancy is available on an attractive and flexible 4 year licence basis. This can be terminated with three month’s notice so as to allow companies the flexibility to grow. Tenants have free use of the state of the art meeting rooms and our manned reception will meet and greet your clients. We have a fully equipped canteen and ample secure car parking. 24/7 access of the building with fully alarmed and CCTV.
Each unit is metered and tenants pay their own insurance, utilities, communication costs together with supplementary charges for rates payable directly to Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Councilcouncil rates. A business plan and three years financial projections will be required at the time of application.
