Our office units range in size from 222 to 786 sq ft (20.62 sq m – 73.02 sq m). Smaller office share units are also available.
Tenancy is available on a flexible 4 year licence basis which can be terminated at one month’s notice. Tenants have free use of the state of the art meeting rooms. We have a fully equipped canteen and ample secure car parking. The building is fully alarmed with cctv and 24/7 access.
Tenants must pay their own insurance, utilities, communication costs and council rates. A business plan and three years financial projections must be provided at the time of application.
We can also provide a post box and business address service, together with a meeting room for those businesses not requiring a dedicated office but who do need a professional address and a place to have meetings.
