Our office units range in size from 130 to 786 sq. ft. Depending on your specific requirements for desk space and storage. Our smaller units can accommodate from two to four people and up to eight people in our larger units.

Our single occupancy unit provides a solution to Covid-19 and is ideal for those seeking remote working option.

Tenancy is available on an attractive and flexible 4-year licence basis. This can be terminated with three months’ notice to allow companies the flexibility to grow. Tenants have free use of the state-of-the-art meeting rooms and our manned reception will meet and greet your clients. We have a fully equipped kitchen and ample secure car parking. The building allows for 24/7 access and the highest levels of security including access control with keyless entry, High-Definition CCTV, monitored intruder alarm

Each unit is metered, and tenants pay their insurance, utilities, communication costs together with supplementary charges for rates payable directly to Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Councilcouncil rates. A business plan and three years financial projections will be required at the time of application.

We can also provide a post box, business address service and meeting room hire bundle. This package is ideal for those businesses not requiring a dedicated office but who do need a professional address and a place to have meetings.
